ENROLMENT CONDITIONS
Considering social needs and its resources, the Faculty enrols students in the first year of Undergraduate Studies of Business Economics taking into account their secondary school grades and the results of the entry examination.
Upon the suggestion of the Teaching Committee of the Faculty and with the approval of the Faculty Council, Megatrend University Senate makes a decision and publicly invites applications for the enrolment in the first year.
The number of enrolled students is in accordance with spatial, technical, technological and human resource capacities of the Faculty.
Both Serbian and foreign citizens can apply.
Serbian citizens and applicants from Republika Srpska and Srpska Krajina who are members of Serbian national minority have to be graduates of four-year secondary schools. Their secondary school education can be completed in Serbia, Republika Srpska, Srpska Krajina or abroad, in which case their degree has to be validated by the authorized Serbian Ministry .
Foreign citizens can enrol under the same conditions as the citizens of the Republic of Serbia. They have to submit a proof of citizenship , a secondary school diploma validated by the authorized Serbian Ministry, and they need to be able to use a certain level of Serbian language as defined by the Higher Education Law and by the Rules and Regulations of Studying.
At the enrolment stage the tested knowledge is in accordance with programmes of study, including Business Economics, Sociology, Mathematics and Computer Literacy (applicants choose two subjects out of four). Entrance examination is done through a written test .
Applicants are listed according to their secondary school grades (max. 40 points) and entrance examination results (max. 60 points).
Applicants who don’t achieve more than 50 points overall won’t be able to get enrolled.
University Senate makes a decision whether a student will be self-paying or financed from the budget .
Applicants who are allowed to enrol without passing the entry examination are:
Student who have a Bachelor’s degree, students who have completed the first year of another faculty and are awarded 60 ECTS credits or students who have completed the first year of another faculty with 60 ECTS credits, but lost their student status.
Enrolment Committee is in charge of the enrolment.
The Faculty staff provide necessary information to all potential applicants who can also purchase the Information Booklet or visit the Faculty website.
